The Girls!

I decided to do 2 posts today, since it's been so long. I had so many pictures that I wanted to share. I was afraid that I would loose one and have to start all over.

Here's the girls:

This stinker is getting so funny! She will do things over and over if we are laughing at her. She's going to be a silly one.

Cailin was holding Cailin while they watched a Mulan (one of Cailin's favorites) on YouTube the other day. Here's one of Warren kissing Kylie. I have one like this of him and Cailin. So sweet!

She is babbling all the time. It sounds like Japanese! She can say "Daddy", "Mama", "dog-dog" (she calls every animal a "dog-dog"), "Diddy" (sissy), "Ayyeee" (Ally), "Anja" (Angel), "I got it", "I did it", "Ba" ball. I think that's it. She can say quite a bit. It's so funny to hear her talk!

Cailin is loving all of the dandelions in our yard! She picks them daily. This girl looks like a real country girl with muddy boots, messy hair and dirty clothes. She loves to be outside and stays out there most of the day!

Bye for now!

Our House

Guess what's blooming around our house right now? Texas Bluebonnets! I love it! I've told Warren it is a "NO MOW" area until the end of April. What a welcome to Texas sign in our very own yard! Love it! Love it! Looooove it!

Warren is working on a little cactus bed behind our garage right now. Now we just need another pretty day to work on it.

My parents blessed us with a new driveway last week. It was a little grass and dirt. When it rained it was mud, mud and more mud!

My kitchen is coming along. I finished the cabinet doors and my uncle hung them for me last weekend. I've been hunting coffee decor. I found those cute plates with coffee cups on them at Kirkland's last weekend. I hung my new Paula Deen cookware above my sink because they are too pretty to put in the cabinet. We still have to replace that window above the sink. It has a window unit in it, but the glass on top is missing. I would love a little bay window there. Then I could grow some herbs in my kitchen.

These cabinets are to the left of our back door. We have our broom and trash at the bottom and the top holds our casserole dishes.

My cross wall in my dining room is a favorite of mine. This is what you see as soon as you walk into the living room.

Just a pic of family pics!

This is a pic of Cailin's room from her doorway. Very girly and messy!

The girls' bathroom is very GREEN, but in a fun way! Cailin insisted on an oval mirror for her bathroom, so we found her one. She told me, "I don't want a rectangle or a square, just an obal!" That girl knows what she wants! I think she wanted the oval because Snow White has an oval mirror. Warren and I love her vanity. It's not very deep (we have tons of storage in this bathroom) and she can put her step stool in front of the sink easily.

We just had the green bathroom tiled last weekend and it needs a little touch up there. They had to update the drywall behind it to waterproof backboard. I LOVE this bathtub! It is very old and not in perfect condition, but it is SO DEEP! It is lovely to soak in!

It's still a work in progress, especially outside, but it's coming together. We love our new house and are so blessed by our family!
